Collecting ammo is like owning guns…..you can’t ever have too much. My spouse used to argue with me that at most, I needed two pistols, one for each hand. My response, “Well, I need an extra one for each hand to use while you’re reloading the ones I just fired out….And then there’s one for each room in the house. After all, what good does it do you to have a pistol in the bedroom, if you’re on the other end of the house when the perp breaks in….and then there’s a couple for the shop and the garage…..at least one to carry while cutting grass…. Then, when my youngest son comes up and says, “Dad, can I borrow a pistol? There’s some pests hanging around the house and I can’t seem to catch them in the live catch trap. Then, of course, my spouse needs to have a weapon as well.(I’d give her a shotgun….her aim with a pistol is terrible, like she’s lucky to get a hit in the same county as we live in. Last time I took her shooting, I had two targets, one higher than the other (about 2 feet higher). Told her to shoot for the bullseye on the lower target….she hit the upper target…..from 15 feet away.
